Rías Baixas, pronounced ree-ahs-buy-shuss, is located in Galicia on Spain’s cool, northwest Atlantic coast. Known as “Green Spain,” the region resembles Ireland with lush terrain, cool, damp climate yet ample sunshine, and proximity to the Atlantic Ocean.
