Estragon Tapas Bar Estragon Tapas Bar evokes the comforts of home and family in every aspect of the restaurant - the food, the decor and the owners themselves. It is run by chef-owner couple, Julio de Haro and Lara Egger. Julio grew up in Madrid, Spain and many of the dishes on the menu are recipes from his grandmother, Luisa.
